Delivery & Returns
Little Sweeties uses Australia Post standard delivery to post your items (5-10 working days) and endeavour to produce and send orders out within our 1-2 week turnaround. **Please note this turnaround may vary around seasonal periods such as Easter and Christmas in which case we will make sure this is known prior to submitting your order**
Once your order has been posted we have no control over time frame for delivery. All items are posted with tracking which will be provided to you at the time of postage. If in the rare event that your order is delayed/missing in the post it is best to contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number so they can chase the item up for you.
Please make sure all postal and email address are entered correctly at the time of placing your order this includes address on Paypal - If paying via Paypal we will ALWAYS post to the address on Paypal as per our obligation
We do our best to reproduce and show colours as accurate as possible however slight variations can occur between screen monitors and printer calibrations, which can produce slight differences.
Due to the handmade nature of our products we DO NOT OFFER returns or refunds except in the case that there has been an error on our behalf. We also DO NOT OFFER refunds "if you do not like a font/design" as sample fonts are listed under each product. In the event of an error occurring or incorrect goods have been received please contact us within 5 days at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer refunds on "change of mind" or personalised details that have been entered incorrectly.
All personalised and handmade products are made using dye sublimation and heat press printing techniques which allows products to be HAND WASHED IN COLD WATER.
DO NOT SOAK, BLEACH, TUMBLE DRY ANY OF OUR HANDMADE ITEMS OR LEAVE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
